Today's Valentine's Day. I'm bumming at my friend's place at the moment. He's taking a shower now. I decided to cancel all the potential dates and spend time with a stupid monkey that is constantly bossing me around. GREAT.

Anyway, it's been months since my last update. I finally feel that I'm beginning to settle into the new year. My new job's been great thus far. I'm learning heaps, liaising with people from various countries, solving problems, doing up quotations, presentations and building the company website. What's more important, I am gaining the regional experience that could plausibly play a crucial role in my future career decisions. There are still many things that I have yet to familiarise myself with yet. Especially when it comes to meeting clients, taking them out for drinks and patronising them. I need more time.

About the Lunar New Year, nothing much to talk about really. Same boring family gatherings and relatives' gossiping. My great grandpapa's changed quite a bit since the death of his wife though. He's become introverted and forgetful. Carrying on life pass the century mark without a partner seem bitter and lonely to him now.

I didn't like the noise in such large gatherings, so I ended up meeting up with some friends playing poker and such. I don't exactly like gambling either but, it beats being around people that are constantly making comments about my looks and body.

I wanted to take Bambi out visiting, at least she could keep my mind off things. But, she decided to embark on her journey to becoming a lady and bled constantly. That pretty much ruled out taking her anywhere for three whole weeks.
