A hall for us to bum about after work and during the weekends...
A music room for his drums, guitars and recordings,
A bedroom to retreat to for a good night's rest...
A work / study / entertainment / guest room for obvious purposes,
A balcony with a tiny garden and bunnies to run about.
A functional kitchen for everyday cooking.
Bathrooms with candles and potpourri that smells nice and clean.
